The dreaded running

So just done my 5k run and am so happy in 3 and a half weeks I have taken my pb to 7 mins 32 seconds – only 2 mins away from my goal time and I’ve lost 35.5 cms off my body. Let me say, I know that 5km doesn’t seem far but for me it’s such an accomplishment, I am definitely not a natural runner and every second I’m on that treadmill feels much longer but everytime it just gets a fraction easier. I definitely wish I’d pushed myself to run it along time ago. My boss has challenged me to do a 10 mile road race next year and do you know if I carry on running I think I might just do it x
