12 Week Challenge

Half Term Challenge

I’m going away for Half Term with my family and will not have the luxury of a gym nearby!  Usually I would run but as many are aware I’m unable to do this at the moment due to a ripped calf muscle – what do I do instead? I don’t think there is even a swimming pool nearby so I need some divine inspiration from you guys to help me through the week ahead!
We will be out and about exploring the area but I still need some form of structured exercise if possible.
I’m setting you all a challenge to come up with some exercises I can do so I don’t slip behind.
