James Cracknell's secret to surviving the 150km Wildrunner
Since retiring from professional sport, James Cracknell has undertaken a number of ultra-endurance challenges. And next month, James will be one of only 80 competitors taking part in the Richtersveld Wild Runner.
The Wildrunner is a four-day race covering 150km through mountain, desert and the Richtersveld Tansfrontier Park.
As with any endurance event, preparation is key, and James having set a PB at the London Marathon is in good shape.
This is due to the dedication to his training and the support of the ActiVeman and Bio-Synergy range of products, that will also be fuelling him whilst in South Africa.
James Cracknell OBE, British rowing champion and double Olympic gold medallist:
“I like the flexibility and diversity of the ActiVeman range. Put it to the test.”
