12 Week Challenge

Another week, another change

I’m finally getting somewhere! I’ve noticed some changes in my fitness level and some of my measurements seem to go down as well. I suppose that my body just started getting used to my new regime. It’s much easier for me to follow my diet and exercise plan. Even though I still struggle with finding time to do all of the cooking and work outs as my boys don’t like to go to bed too early.
Thanks to Ann I’m more aware of what food actually does and how to get the most of my meals. My biggest nemesis are sweets, but I’m getting there. I just need to tell them that I don’t need them. Hope they will listen.
Hope that my fellow challengers are doing well and sticking to their plans. I’m sure that we can all achieve our goals.
