Super7 7 Minute Workout

This circuit will help you blast fat whilst helping you to tone up. Just because the summer is over it doesn’t mean you cant still maintain that beach body you worked so hard for over the summer

The exercises listed below should be performed in rapid succession, allowing 30 seconds for each, while keeping the intensity very high throughout.

1. Jumping Jacks
2. Wall Sit
3. Push Ups
4. Crunches
5. Chair Step Ups
6. Squat
7. Triceps Dips
8. Plank
9. High Knees
10. Lunge
11.Push Up with Rotation
12. Side Plank

The beauty of this workout is that not only does it take up no time at all but it can be performed anywhere with little/no equipment
