12 Week Challenge

Lunchtime Reflection

I’m just about to tuck into my delicious lunch of green salad, tomatoes, beetroot, green beans, mushrooms, mixed seeds with cottage cheese and I have just realised that it is 1.10pm!  That in its self is an indication that this challenge is working for me as previously I would have eaten my lunch by 10am but now it seems I can go through until lunchtime before I’m hungry.  I have also done a spinning class this morning and still managed to make it until lunchtime! So for all those others about to eat their lunches – enjoy because I am!
