So today I went rock climbing with a group. Normally I don’t get a chance to actually climb myself (as I’m usually busy looking after the safety of the group) but as today’s group was of a good ability I was able to have a bit of a climb myself. I don’t know what it is that has helped, but my colleagues were shocked at my improvement in strength (and so was I!!)
As I said, I’m not sure if its the extra training, diet, supplements or a mixture of all of the above but I’m a happy choppy! I haven’t been very well for the past week with a chest infection and so my training has suffered but I’ve kept onto of my diet. Must admit I am a bit disappointed that my weight has refused to budge the last two weeks but I can’t complain too much as I can now out-climb some of the boys 😉 Does muscle weigh more than fat?!?
