Build Strength & Endurance At Home
It may seem like to build a body we are happy with we will need to hit the weights in the gym for 45 minutes to an hour and then maybe another 30 minutes of cardio. Well this isn’t the case, sometimes all you need to build a lean and healthy physique is your own body weight.
Using your own bodyweight to perform exercise within a circuit will allow you to build some strength and improve your endurance.
The circuit is designed to help you build strength and help increase your cardiovascular endurance.
Perform the circuit 3 times once one round of the circuit has been completed rest for 2 minutes and then start again.
20 Jumping Jacks
10 Push Ups
10 High Knees
10 Walking Lunges
