Before jetting off to L.A., Active Woman Alexandra ‘Binky’ Felstead participated in a series of training sessions with celebrity PT and Bio-Synergy ambassador, Tyrone Brennand. Helping her #Bfit for summer, Tyrone put together an exclusive workout programme designed to tone up Binky and get her ready for the summer months.

Session 1.

  1. Full body warm up and stretch
  2. Floor warm up exercises. Knees to elbows
  3. Box pressups 2 x 10
  4. Circuits –

Running on spot 40 sec change intensity after 20 sec.

15 star jumps

10 squats into 10 squat jumps

15 sit ups

15 leg raises

15 tricep dips

2min rest for 2 round

Leg circuit all plyometrics

3 sets of plank

Session 2. 

  1. Full body warm up and stretch
  2. Floor warm up exercises. Knees to elbows
  3. Box pressups 2 x 12
  4. Circuits –

Running on spot 60 sec change intensity after every 20 sec.

10 burpees

15 dumbell squat press

15 Box jumps

15 box knee ups

20 crunches

50 mountain climbers

x 3 rounds 2min rest

1min rower test max out

Close grip back row 10 reps for 3 set

Ab circuit to finish
