I've had so many problems with my knee hurting, I went to my second physio appointment and I could hardly walk :( The physio said she wouldn't want to aggravate it anymore and offered to do acupuncture on my knee. She doesn't normally do it but she saw how much pain I was in.
I was very sceptical about it but I thought I'm willing to try anything. Didn't hurt at all to get it done, and after an hour or so I felt an improvement! After a few hours my pain had gone! Fantastic!! I couldn't believe it worked! And today I managed to do extra training which I've struggled with lately and I feel great for it :D
