昨日、ブリストルで行われたジャディ・テンションのポイント・スパーリング・セミナーに参加しました。動きと戦略について教えてくれる素晴らしいイベントでした。ジャディは私のお気に入りのNASKA競技者の一人なので、彼に会って一緒にトレーニングできたのは光栄でした。
