So far ive lost 11lb and over 34cm off my measurements which I'm pretty pleased about :) Last week though I didn't have any Pinnothin as I had run out, and I found my appetite was back, and I was a bit naughty with my eating :( But today I restarted using the Pinnothin and noticed a huge difference in the amount I could eat, was full really quickly :)
I went to the doctors this morning as I recently had an MRI scan on my knee due to an ice skating fall years ago. Turns out I don't need surgery (which is good) but will be having physio instead, hopefully this will sort it out, as I cannot run and sometimes can't do my full training due to my knee being so painful. Even though I still try my best and the results are showing :)
