Milestone Hit! :)

I'm really pleased to say I've lost a whole stone! Really happy with this, although I still want to lose a bit more. I've been having problems with my knee which has limited my training, but good news - I have my first physio session next Wednesday so I'm hoping this will help my knee :) I've also found doing 12 hour shifts at work messes up my plans to train as I'm so tired after them. Will try my best on these last few weeks to do more :)
