From my previous blog, I mentioned some injuries that have happened over the last few weeks - that hasn't got much better with quite a few niggles from playing competitive football twice a week. However, I'm really enjoying this challenge and nothing's stopping me from getting where I want to go... been hitting the gym a lot this week in between shifts and uni work and feeling the benefits massively. I've noticed just how much the Creatine helps as I'm usually tired after work so take a couple of them and can still work as hard in the gym, brilliant.
Been slacking a little on the food front, with a couple of takeaways thrown in the mix but punished I then myself with a long run! 5 weeks to go on the challenge, but this will stay with me or a lot longer!
