Update

Hey!
I have been using Bio-Synergy products to aid my martial arts training for a month now, and I have been feeling great. It has given me that extra burst of energy during my intense training sessions. On a typical day my nutrition supplement taking consists of:

  • Breakfast: Peanut butter and banana smoothie with whey protein powder.

  • Before/During training: Orange creatine with water.

  • After training: Essential sports fuel with semi-skimmed milk.


I have been training in preparation for the European Open Championships in August. I hope to compete in points sparring, musical forms and traditional kata. But before then I will be attending smaller UK tournaments as practise.
