Hi guys, sorry I’ve been MIA for a little while. I’m afraid to say I fell off the wagon a little due to some things happening in my personal life, which I won’t go into here.
Luckily I don’t think I’ve done too much damage and this week I’ve been getting myself back on track. It’s felt good getting back into a routine with my supplements and eating right.
I was really struggling with low energie in the last couple of weeks, but now I’m starting to get my lust for life back.
I’ve taken it easy getting back into the exercise side of things, although I did a Crossfit class on Friday which nearly killed me! It was a lot of fun though and made me realise what I’ve been missing.
So now my goal is to really go for it and get myself back on track. Any help or tips would be greatly received.
