Designed specifically for a women's unique dietary needs, Active Woman® Multivitamin with amino acids is a blend of 31 nutrients, specially selected to help support active women who want to get the most from exercise. When you workout, your body's nutritional demands increase. Each Active Woman® Multivitamin capsule contains a combination of important nutrients to supplement your diet and help replace nutrients lost during exercise. The Active Woman® Multivitamin formula includes vitamin C, B6, B12 and E, which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin D, iron and copper aid the normal function of the immune system, while 400mcg folic acid contributes to maternal tissue growth, which is important if you're planning a pregnancy. You also get a large serving of amino acids to help your muscles repair and rebuild after strenuous exercise. This is especially important for the many women who don’t include enough protein in their normal diet.
