Whether you are on the go or relaxing in front of the TV. These bars are a great way to get some good quality protein and won't make you feel like you need to smash the treadmill for a good hour. Enjoy!
Here is the recipe:
160g of Rolled Oats
120ml of Semi Skimmed Milk
2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
3 Tablespoons Pure Honey
16 Tablespoons of Natural Peanut Butter
4 1/2 Scoops of Egg Protein Powder
15 Drops Liquid Sweetener
2 Servings Chocolate Chips
1 Box of Seedless Raisins
Mix milk, honey, and peanut butter in a pan on low heat (between 2-3) until mixed together. Add in the rest of the ingredients and more milk if the recipe appears to be too dry (should be extremely thick). Once mixed press into a pan/dish. Let cool/harden, cut them, and then try not to eat them all!
