Bio-Synergy fuels Royal Parks Foundation with Donation!

Bio-Synergy proudly sponsored the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon, which took place on Sunday 12 October 2014, starting and finishing in the stunning Hyde Park. Over 16,000 runners ran the 13.1 mile route through Central London, taking in the spectacular sites of the capital and the beautiful Royal Parks.
Alongside all of our public participants, this year’s fabulous field of runners was made up of entrants from 262 charities, 163 corporate organisations and 43 countries!

As well as all of the fantastic runners that took part this year, thousands of spectators also joined us in the Food and Festival area to cheer on their friends and family and share this amazing day.
To help fuel the success of the event's participants, we supplied a wide range of sports supplements, including Skinny Water and a selection of the Active Woman range.

Event manager Richa Gautam shared the following statement regarding our donations to the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon:

We cannot thank you enough for the kind donation of drinks and sachets at the half marathon last weekend. These went down an absolute treat and I had a few comments from runners telling me how good they tasted.

The event was an absolute success and all 90 runners managed to cross the finish line in under 4 hours - we had a few who had never even run before in their life! All were delighted with the great treats awaiting for them in the marquee.

I just wanted to share a few pictures with you from the day. We are hoping to raise close to £50,000 from the event and with your support, we have been able to ensure fundraising has not been spent on catering and will go towards the children and young people which Variety supports, so on behalf of them, thank you again and I hope to be in touch in a few weeks with a final figure raised from the day.

The entire team at Bio-Synergy was excited to see the event turn out to be a great success as well as helping fuel the performance of all its participants.
