Dr. Rahill brings a distinguished background in cognitive engineering, psychophysics, and human-technology integration, with prior leadership roles at NASA and the U.S. Department of Defense. She is also the founder and CEO of Neumann Nexus, a consulting firm specializing in the intersection of AI and human performance.
