This weekend I competed at the European Open Championships in Sheffield, I placed 1st in ladies musical forms and came 2nd in team sparring. It was a great day all around.
Below is my winning performance,for which you are judged on technique, creativity and tricks (kicks and flips). It was my first time performing this routine, I am hoping to perfect it ready for the next competition in a few weeks time.
