Delicious Muesli

Get up and help yourself to this bowl of scrumptious muesli. Packed with good fats and plenty of nutrients this will have you ready to start your bank holiday with a bang.
What you will need
3 cups oats
1 cup mixed nuts including macadamia if possible
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup raisins
½ cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried ready-to-eat apricots, chopped
1. Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix. Add milk or low fat yoghurt
quick tip- to get that extra little bit of protein add one scoop of whey better
