What Supplements Work Best?

Building the ultimate body requires the building of lean muscle and keeping body fat down while improving on strength and stamina. I've been taking Bio-Synergy Whey Better protein for over a month, with its low carbohydrates it gives me the flexibility to tailor my nutrition plan to maintain a low body fat percentage while feeding my muscles after a intense workout.
The Whey Better protein is free from lactose and taste like a smooth shake when mixed with water. I'm avoiding dairy products so this is a great shake that doesn’t sit heavy in my stomach, so when I'm on my feet all day, it's great to have two shakes a day without feeling uncomfortable and knowing you're getting all the protein you need.
Along with the Whey Better I also add the amino acid L-Glutamine. I find it very important to protect my muscles while working for definitions. Cross Training (High Intensive Workouts) is enough to strip the fat and you must protect and feed your muscle if you require that lean athletic look.
Other great supplement from the Bio-Synergy is NO2 Pump. I‘ve had no experience with this type of product before and was very interested in its outcome. In the last month looking through my workout and performance notes I have definitely got stronger and what has surprised me is the glorious pump and volume I get after a workout. This has motivated me even more, with all the hard work and self-appreciation with the body I’m achieving.
I would definitely advise anyone who is lifting heavy weights and fast compound movements such as snatches, clean and jerks, etc. is to PROTECT YOUR JOINTS. Bio-synergy offers Joint Performance and it does exactly what it says on the bottle. There is nothing more horrible than to delay your goal because you’re injured. Safety first. I’ve been there and learnt my lesson.
These reviews are for your benefit to achieve the best from your body, with experience and trial and error. I’ve been injury free for a year, and I'm now in the best shape I have ever been and smashing my personal best on each effort.
