Method Preheat oven to 180 degrees Line a quiche dish or cake tin with coconut oil Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl until eggs are well whisked Pour into your dish and bake for 15 minutes before covering the top with baking parchment to stop it from burning Leave to bake for another 15-20 minutes and then leave to cool on your work top for 20 minutes before serving.
