Lean Protein Quiche

Ingredients


4 large, Eggs 


1/2 Onion diced


20g Paleo Protein


100 g, Feta Cheese


1 Tbsp, Sundried Tomato


1 tsp, baking powder,


3 tsp, Garlic minced


2 handful spinach


4 Mozzarella cherry sized balls


1 cup milk 










Method


Preheat oven to 180 degrees 


Line a quiche dish or cake tin with coconut oil 


Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl until eggs are well whisked


Pour into your dish and bake for 15 minutes before covering the top with baking parchment to stop it from burning


Leave to bake for another 15-20 minutes and then leave to cool on your work top for 20 minutes before serving. I love this easy dish to grab at a lunch time or for an afternoon snack. So tasty!
