Becky Lawrence:
My husband and I are committing to this together so will support and motivate each other to succeed. We have been committed to eating clean and exercising regularly for the last 2 year so feel we have the mental capacity to be able to do this and just need a refresher!
Luke Lawrence:
I want to vary my CV and build my legs hence the bike, I may to a CycloCross race or work towards a Triathlon but my focus now is running.
Dan Woodward:
I was not very fitness orientated till about two years ago when I start weight lifting in my local gym. From there, I progressed and started supplementing with proper diet and nutrition and available supplements.
Jim Baird:
I completed Tough Mudder this year with no training as I covered for my brother who had pulled out at the last minute. The biggest issue I have is that I am unsure of my diet and what supplements I should take and when.
Sarah Hunter:
I'm a 50 year old Mum of 2 who loves any sort of exercise, loves reading about exercise and is willing to try any sort of exercise. Work is a Director in my own business which I run with my partner, mainly office based. I love the outdoors and prefer to train outside, we have recently got a dog which means long walks on the beach (me time)!
Simon Small:
I’ll do what it takes, and what my body will let me as long as it’s a clean and natural as possible using only clean, safe and quality products and sheer hard work.
