Try this delicious lean protein quiche made with Bio-Synergy Paleo Protein

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees 

Step 2: 

Line a quiche dish or cake tin with coconut oil 

Step 3: 

Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl until eggs are well whisked

Step 4: 

Pour into your dish and bake for 15 minutes before covering the top with baking parchment to stop it from burning

Step 5: 

Leave to bake for another 15-20 minutes and then leave to cool on your worktop for 20 minutes before serving. I love this easy dish to grab at a lunch time or for an afternoon snack. So tasty!
